About Charger for 18650 Battery

How do you know when the  battery is fully charged?

1) When using DC power adapter, the indicator light on the power adapter shows as: Charging- RED light, Fully Charged- GREEN light.

2) When using car charger, no indicator light is available to show the battery charging status. Battery will be fully charged in 4~5 hours. The indicator light shows RED, it means connected with power.

3) Indicator light on the charger does not indicate the battery charging status.
